The DAOS Directed Fund was established under the Linux Foundation in late 2023. The DAOS Directed Fund Governing Board meets regularly and oversees the DAOS Project’s high-level vision and annual budget. The Governing Board is comprised of one appointed representative from each Premier Member along with one appointed representative from the Technical Steering Committee (TSC), and one representative from the DAOS Outreach Committee.
